Samsung Galaxy Video & Audio issue and their common fixes…
If you are on call and you are experiencing video or audio issues, you should
1. Make sure the device’s camera and microphone are not physically blocked.
2. Check that the camera and the microphone face the right way
3. Check your cellular on wifi connection. the wifi or mobile data icon should have at least 1 bar. If you don’t see 1 bar, move to where you have a better connection.
4. Restart the app and try again
5. Restart your device and try again.
Check your device battery strength. If your battery is low then charge the device.
If the problem still persists then visit the local authorized Samsung repair shop in your area.
