Delicious Indian Chicken Jalfrezi Curry

If you haven’t had the chance to taste Indian cuisine yet this recipe is a mix of both Asian and Indian cuisine and is a wonderful mix of aromatic spices chicken and a few other vegetables thrown in.

Ingredients

Gluten free

∙ Serves 6

Meat

  • 1 3/4 lbs Chicken thighs, skinless boneless

Produce

  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, root
  • 1 Onion, fine
  • 1 tsp Red chili, powdered
  • 18 oz Tomatoes, canned whole fine

Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric, powdered

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 Sunflower seed oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Sunflower seed oil

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 tsp Cu
