If your royal sightseeing day is sunny, you can go to Hyde Park where you’ll see Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain by the Serpentine Lake. If you keep going you’ll see Kensington Gardens and the striking gold-plated Albert Memorial, beloved husband of Queen Victoria, Prince Albert.

Royal Evening
Finish the day off like a king or queen by dining at Fortnum & Mason. This prestigious store opened in 1707 and was the Queen’s grocer. It contains five eateries, but just one for an evening meal — The Fountain Restaurant, which is located on ground level. The Fountain has a feel that is brasserie. The menu offers foods such as Fortnum’s Welsh rarebit, in addition to a selection of starters, fish dishes, salads and grilled meat.
